yesterday i had whiting fish ..... its really common.
i was cooked but...the middle was raw

and ever since i've got sick and still felt horrible

If the fish is fresh, within a day or so old, has been kept refrigerated, and is free from disease, then you can eat it raw.

well, im sure you`ve eaten sushi or sashimi and thye`re not even cooked... assuming that the fish is fresh and not contaminated... then i don`t think so...

however, there is a specie of fish endemic to japan and the philippines, called the puffer fish, there are some parts of that fish that has to be discarded because its poisonous, in fact in japan only a few selected chef and restaurants are allowed to prepare this type of dish...

I think you may have a sick virus as it's going around everywhere at the moment.
My kids have had it for almost 10 days but are now recovered.
If you feel hot,sick or are vomiting and have the runs and tummy cramps..the chances are you have the virus too.
Hope you feel better soon.....starve for 24 hours and drink lots of water.

The only way you would get food poisoning from that is if the fish was already spoiled.

sushi is raw fish, should it be posionous YO! Sushi wouldnt exist
