the things that hurt us instruct us, when we accept the responsibility for wrongness, we open the door for us to see where we went wrong, we have a chance to learn from it if we accept we did wrong. when we take the responsibility and give up the wrong ways, we can grow and achieve a higher level of conciousness or spiritual growth. self disipline is self enlarging, the path of spiritual growth is the path of life long learning. guilt and remorse are quite healthy, they often times put us in the direction we need to go. would be more worried if one didn't feel guilt when a wrong was done.

Time heals anything, if you can admit that what you did was wrong then over time you will accept it, guilt and remorse to a certain extent is healthy, we must feel guilt or remorse from our wrong doings to know that what we did was wrong, my theory is guilt and remorse is lifes way of teaching us that what we did was wrong and that is what gives us our life experiances

To a degree it's healthy. You don't want to spend your life wallowing in it, but feel the guilt and remorse enough to use it in a positive way. Learn from it, move on, and do better next time.

If you have actually learned from your mistakes and changed for the better, you are automatically forgiven. Now, if you harmed or offended someone with your wrongdoing, you must come to them and ask for forgiveness. Guilt and remorse should end if you change for the better. As humans we have four main propensities that we need to improve and those are: propensity to commit mistakes, imperfect senses (and act foolishly), to be in illusion and to cheat others.

It is very much possible.
Do you really want it?
The most difficult part however, is to forget the wrongness you have. N that's what that bothers the most- the memory of it. But the more you live in your forgiven life the more you overcome the memory of it.
Guilty feeling is good but living in that is bad. Get over it and get on with life.
Failours are the pillars of success BUT don't repeat it again.

Actually you must forgive yourself and learn from it so guilt and remorse can be healthy. If that makes sense.

Yes! But you must begin by asking God's forgiveness first, through Jesus. Then you must believe he did forgive you, and do your best to sin no more.
With all this behind you, he will give you peace.

Why, yes it is! :) People that don't feel bad about mistakes are more likely to repeat them. While you feel bad, you can feel better knowing your conscience is at work making you a better person.
