I'm 12 years old, 4'6", and I weigh 75 pounds. I'm really skinny and I want to get some meat on my bones. Can anyone help me??

Wait!!!! You're 12 yrs old? You have plenty of time. Before you know it, you'll be ready to loose weight. If anything, eat more carbs but work out more. My co-worker says basically eat healthy. Don't rush the weight.

Have you heard of the theory about the amount of calories you consume versus the amount of calories of burn?
It's simple. If you want to gain some weight, just eat alot more than you usually do.
However, if you tend to get full very easily, you could perhaps eat calorie-densed foods such as chocolates, which have nutritional benefits at the same time.

u can gain weight by eating more of carbohydrate and fatty food like rice rather than wheat. u can have chocolates and ice creams in limited amount.
as ur height is 135.54cm ur weight should be from 35 to 36kg

My dear you should play on grounds in school and go to gym if possible.
You should give up biscuits and junk food, ask your mom for fresh food if possible.
Never eat without hunger, that will improve your hunger and you will digest whatever you eat!

Eating more can help you lose weight, but make sure you still some weight tranning. Otherwise you will be back here in a month asking us how you lose weight.

Eat more carbs and see if you can get you're parents to get you some maxijul. It helps wait gain;

well i guess the best thing to do is eat more things not like junk food but things like meat - chicken , beef ect
eat energy foods

replace your drinks with milkshakes, and eat sometimes, before you go to bed. this is an assurance for weight gain.
