God supposedly acts as judge, jury and executioner. Quite the kangaroo court.

We are told in the Bible that each person has an angel not only as a guardian, but also who records all of our deeds. This angel will only record the truth. All our appeals must be made before the great judgment day. Now is the time that we must seek the Lord and ask forgiveness of sin before it is too late.
We are declared "not guilty" because of Christ. It's in the Bible, Romans 3:21-22, TLB. "But now God has shown us a different way to heaven—not by ‘being good enough' and trying to keep His laws, but by a new way (though not new, really, for the Scriptures told about it long ago). Now God says He will accept and acquit us—declare us ‘not guilty'—if we trust Jesus Christ to take away our sins. And we all can be saved in this same way, by coming to Christ, no matter who we are or what we have been like."
Christ can relieve our guilty conscience. It's in the Bible, I John 3:19-20, NIV. "This then is how we know that we belong to the truth, and how we set our hearts at rest in His presence whenever our hearts condemn us. For God is greater than our hearts, and He knows everything."
What should I remember if I am feeling guilty? It's in the Bible, Romans 8:31-39, TLB. "What can we ever say to such wonderful things as these? If God is on our side, who can ever be against us? Since He did not spare even His own Son for us but gave Him up for us all, won't He also surely give us everything else? Who dares accuse us whom God has chosen for His own? Will God? No! He is the one who has forgiven us and given us right standing with himself. Who then will condemn us? Will Christ? No! For He is the one who died for us and came back to life again for us and is sitting at the place of highest honor next to God, pleading for us there in heaven.

On the day that you stand before God, He, not any mortal man, will be your only Judge. There will be no need of witnesses. God will replay, if you will, your life, and make you give an account. God is perfect and all-wise. His judgement of each of us will be absolutely perfect.
Are you prepared for the day that you meet God? The Bible says, "Prepare to meet your God" (Amos 4:12). You can be ready by giving your life to Christ today and laying all your sins at the foot of Christ's cross. "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God's one and only Son" (John 3:16-18)

Theoretically, only if you are a Christian.
Only Christains, through Jesus, get to the Father (God).
I can only assumed ALL others have to deal with functionaries and intermediates.
However, do YOU honestly believe YOU can go up against GOD and change God's mind!
More power to you on that one!

You are going to be questioned by God and Guess what, you will only speak the truth.
There are angels on your right and your left, who write everything in a well kept records. So you may forget, but your book will not forget.
God is Just because he already told us the system of judgement so do not worry about your records, just worry about what are in it.

God knows what is in our hearts. If you broke any of the ten commandments you broke them all. Yes you are guilty as we all are.
This is why you can't go to heaven because of anything you do.
God said if you look at someone in lust it's adultery because you did it in your heart. As for a wittiness,That is what Jesus died for we are only saved by his grace, not by anything else. The only way to Heaven is through the Son and he will be our wittiness,He knows how much you love him you can never hide whats in your heart from him.If you truly love him and ask him for forgiveness, he will forgive you.If your truly sorry for you sins you will turn from them after all if you steal from someone and ask them to forgive you and they do, then you do it again you really never were sorry, therefore the forgiveness never took place.(There can not be perjury on judgment day God knows the truth and is the truth)
You can not appeal for yourself on judgment day,We all have fallen short in the glory of Gods eye's,But Jesus will speak for us if we believe in him and trust him.Jesus is the only way to salvation.

You wont be able to debate with God about whether or not you were a sinner, or whether or not you dealt with sin. You will know what you did and so will he, there will be no denying it. Earth, as it were, is the trial, and the afterlife is the judgment verdict.

If you are going to "give" God attributes like 'honest' and 'just' and then call him "God" [at this point most people see God as all knowing - all powerful - all everything] . . . ? . . . how can you then think that he would allow lies, false interpretations, outright jury tampering?
Your thinking and reasoning is faulty
If your thinking and reasoning is faulty (and we see that it is), what else do you "have wrong"? Where else have you miss stepped?

You have time to discuss things with God NOW....when Jesus comes He will come WITH His rewards, meaning that the FINAL judgement would have already been made. Rev. 22:12

No one knows what is going to happen (only God) when we die. What if there are not any witnesses? I believe God controls our life period. Now and when we die.
