The OBC should have a red reset button on it somewhere. If not disconnect the battery for about ten minutes and then reconnect.
On some cars you can turn the key to the on position without starting the car and hit the gas pedal three times in quick succession. Turn the key off and then back on to see if the OBC has been reset.

all you have to so is disconnect the neg battery terminal. and leave it off for 10 seconds. then reinstall. no need to turn the key or leave it off for 5 min. I have done this to my 03 dodge dakota a few times and it reset it just fine. I think if its a air bag or abs you have to have the dealership to reset it. but dont quote me on this. =-)

On some vehicles when you take the positive terminal off of the battery, leave it off for a while, then re-install it, it resets the computer. Try that.

If your check engine light is on then disconnecting the battery will not erase any codes.... the codes are stored as hard faults and only an OBDII reader can erase them.
