Simple fact of life!!! Diets do not work.
There is only one sensible way to maintain a healthy weight over a long period of time.
But it can be done - I know - I have done it.
Now the bad news - it will probably mean a complete change of lifestyle.
a) You will need to give up junk food and start eating the fruit, vegetables and fish. Stop buying processed foods, burgers, pitzas etc etc Only eat what you creat from raw materials - this is much simpler than it sounds!!!
b) Excercise regularly. Take up jogging - enter a 10k race for charity that takes place in about 4 months. Start training 2 - 3 times a week for that. join a group or gets some friends to run with you.
Soon you will feel fit and healthy and much better than you do right now.
. . . and the extra weight?
. . . . . . . . that will be a thing of the past!!!!
Good luck.
