Iceland (no kidding), or better yet, Spain or Italy.

It depends on what you are looking for. Niagara Falls is a classic honeymoon destination. My husband and I went to Scotland on our honeymoon - it was July but I imagine the weather wouldn't be much cooler in June. It was gorgeous! Scotland is nice - not particularly crowded in most places outside of the main cities. Anyplace in the Mediterranean would be gorgeous and I don't believe they have anything like hurricanes. The Islands of Spain - the Canaries, the Balareac (Mallorca, Minorca, Ibiza) would all be lovely. Then, there is always Tahitii, and South Pacific if you're into tropical islands. I don't think Hawaii has hurricanes either.

I went to Sebec Lake, Maine one summer...it's not too far from Bangor. It was a one-week trip that I'll never forget! I went rock climbing (outside of the lake), water skiing (at the lake), and did a ton of other activities.
Go up north to Canada. Victoria, I hear, is wonderful. Or, if you want to stay in the states, go over to Glacier National Park. I used to live in Montana, and that area is wonderful that time of year. Do something adventurous whether you want to stay in the US or go out. As long as it's something that you both will have fun doing, you'll never forget it.
Good luck...

Take a cruise. Great honeymoon (we did two back-to-back cruises for our honeymoon), and they keep those big expensive ships far, far away from hurricanes.
