Hi there - my hairstyle is like Victoria Becks but I had mine done BEFORE her!!. It is a shorter version and it's the best hairstyle I have had - I have had from really long and to cropped. What I like about this hairstyle is that becuase the layers are long, hair doesn't stick up in the morning, if you want to tuck it behind your ears it looks like short hair - if you want to look feminine or for a night out, just pull it down over year ears and hey presto, you have a bob!. Problem is, it's hard to put onto a ponytail cos this style is cut up at the back - I have a rule now for my hair, always have it so you can't put it in a ponytail - if I can I will and then you don't really have a hair "style". Good luck!

Red highlights look great on pale skin. And you already have the warmth yuo need with the brown hair. I would get layers if you haven't already and razor it for like a half hour. It's not always aobut the hair cut it's more about how you style it. You take one haircut and style it into 30 different ways using the right products. So try some new things, try using a diffuser and making it look messy. Try making it look straight with a straightner, try an updo, etc. Good luck!

in fashion at the moment, is short layers and a thin fringe, its suits girls with dark hair so if you have dark hair you should go for it...and you can still put it in a ponytail.

The 'pob', I have seen a few girls with this, and it always looks great.
That's the Victoria Beckham haircut by the way.

i think you should figure out the shape of your face, and then look at a hairstyle magazine or pictures online for haircuts on that face shape. even look at celebrities.
because even if you get the latest hippest cut, and it doesn't suit your face shape...it'd look awful.
