Did you become to "clingy" afterwards (i.e.-start talk bout marriage, kids, etc)? That would make most guys run like h*ll, or maybe he's scared that's going to happen. Maybe he just saw you as a challenge. He conquered and now it's time to move on to the next one. Maybe it was a bet he had with his friends. Maybe he realized he has feelings for you and it scared the crap out of him. There could be a million reasons. Just play it cool. Don't keep calling him or hunting him down. This will only make him run farther. Just take it easy, I bet he'll be back.

I think you know the answer really, he got what he wanted.
Lots of guys are like this, great till they get what they ultimately wanted in the first place then gone. Either that or he wasn't happy with the performance. Best to ask him.

Most men are all about "the chase". Sometimes they get scared because things are so right. Then again, men are hard to figure out. Who knows what goes on in their head??? Chaulk it up to experience, learn from it and move on.

It's not your fault, some guys play women that way, but every guy I knew in high school who did this wound up being the loser in future years. He may even try to come back to you in the future and you can get even:)
