In military terms, this is called the Broad Arrow number - BA Number. This number is not on the register of the civil registration authority, but only on the register of the Military. If ever in your place of residence you have a problem, and the government is unable to handle the problem and reaches out, within moments a very disciplined force will come into place and take control, guide, correct, put everything in the right perspective while simultaneously clearing out the problem. They come only at the requisite moment in trucks and other vehicles with a BA Number. This the Indian Army.
