Asanas will bring your whole body in tone.
But Yog means balance between body, mind and wisdom and their union with the Soul. So Asanas are a very amall(1/8) part of Yog. The most followed is Astang Yog (Eight Fold Yog)- Yam, Niyam, Asan, Pranayam, Pratyahar, Dharana, Dhyan, Samadhi.
