Take her to her favorite spot and have a picnic for her. then ask her to put the blanket out on the ground and while she is doing that get on your knee and just tell her how you feel. Then give her the ring, or give her a ring in the rose where she opens it and there is the ring. then when/if she says yes give her a really big hug and then scream YEAH!!! and then sit down and have a romantic meal together.

Take her to the beach, have dinner there, pour her some sparkling white grape cocktail juice, toast, sing a song especially for her (if you can't carry a tune get a friend to sing or bring a tape), and then ask her to marry you after you finish, dance the night away.
