i have been concerned about my height for nearly 7 months now its destroyed my self esteem and confidence and any advice on the issue will be greatly appriciated!!!!

What inadequacies? You need to take action to improve your self esteem and confidence. There is not point worrying about something that you can't change. Concentrate on being a good person and don't let it get you down. Good luck.

I feel for ya. My daughter is 5 ft. and she wishes she were taller. She wear heels and boots, which add three or four inches to her height. You have to accept yourself the way God made you. I know it's easier said than done. If it is bothering you to the point it's interfering with everything else in your life, see a therapist. They can help alot. Good luck!
