i just realized this, ok? not based on any sources. these are the "other" rules, cuz u already mentioned the top 3 most essential.
4. communication
5. understanding
6. selflessness
7. interest (this includes thoughtfulness, sweetness, and romance)
8. the blend of your personalities (like if you have opposite traits but kind of work out to it and in the end you share common traits already).
thats about it. i have a bf for 3 years now so i kind of know this stuff. so this advice is trust worthy.=)

Don't do it until you are married, that the person show responsibility, can save money, not lazy to work, both have the same goals in life, has the same religion, respect for each other , no verbal or physical abuse with each other. Same moral values,

You also have to have respect & communication.
1)Communication
2)Trust
3)Respect
4)Honesty
5)Love
Without having all of these thing's you do not have a relationship.You also have to be willing to compromise there are much more then 5 thing's that contribute to a relationship you also have to beable and willing to listen and the list goes on..

Depth-Execution of what is promised, not just lip service.
Children-No explanation necessary.

I don't know if I have 5, but for me a HUGE one is loyalty. I have to know, without a doubt, he is mine and will back me up no matter what. I also place alot of importance on hard work-I don't want any lazy man taking up space in my life.
