I have to have the heating on most of the time, yet still often wear scarves and gloves inside, keeping my coat on most of the time.

My family are always complaining that it is too cold as well.

Is it because i dont do much exercise (i.e. gentle walking daily and thats it), or because i dont have much bulk (im pretty small framed)?

Really strange bits of me just get randomly cold (like my chin??) though mainly its the obvious extremities.

Does anyone else have this problem? is it worth going to a doctors for??

Thanks
xXx

Check your heating system for leaks and drafts
Exercise more..even walking in place in the house will get the blood flowing
Put some fat on those bones!!
Or..
Move someplace warm.

I do have the same problem but have a medical reason for that.
Maybe try turning the heating up a touch...if your family is cold too it could be the answer.
It could also have something to do with your circulation and getting more exercise wiould definitely help with that. but it is always worth consulting your doctor before starting an exercise regime.

Possibilities are

1. Hypothyroid- 2. Dysautonomia, 3. Constitutional.

Build a little fat, they are good body insulators, wear warm clothes and gloves even at bedtime , raise your thermostat a little though it will cost mre, or move to a warmer climate.

Check with your doctor

A nice cup of tea and hot bath might help.

I would recommend two supplements.
1) iron supplements
2) cayenne.
