He may have got used to the sensation of his own hand, which holds on tight and he can predict the next movement, he may only move his one way, not up and down, it will take him a long time to adjust, maybe suggest he has a break from 'doing it himself' for a while.
Don't feel unattractive, he must have lots going on in his head and feel tremendous pressure. Don't forget lots of (women particularly) never have an orgasm, but it doesn't mean they don't really enjoy sex. If he sees you enjoying it, he'll build up his own confidence and learn to relax too.

You need to incorporate all sorts of sex play into your times together, that will "rewire" his body into being turned on by a woman, and not just his fantasies (with the help of his hand).
Try getting a copy of the Kama Sutra, and incorporating all those techniques that you can manage into your play. If nothing else, you should both have immense fun during the process.

It is not a problem as long as you orgasm. If you orgasm and he does not that means you got some additional work to do. Maybe you can spank the monkey for him or try something else to get him excited. Ask him what he likes and be prepared to help him out. That's not a good thing, Dump him he about pleasing himself and a habit like that for a guy is NOT easy to brake. He has no self control, and that to bad cause he's never going to learn how to please his partner, he should go and seek professional help. Medically, his pleasing himself will not make him weak in not cumming. May be you are not able to excite him enough. He is used to pleasing himself with some fantasies in his mind. You have to create in his mind such fantasies or even more than that. I hope that he is able to please you!!!
