i have heard that alot of celebs are getting digital perms what exactly is?
and the cost??

First dont b surprised if u dont get an email back from toni and GUT!
anyway its wen u get a digital camera film and roll ur hair around it and put pre perm lotion and loadssss of hairspray on it.
Then give urself a pat on the shoulder

I have no idea what the h*ll this could be. I couldn't even hazard a guess.

The only hair related thing that is digital I've heard of is "digital hairstyles", software to try different hairstyles on a photo of yourself.

i think only toni and guy carry out this service, its a special solution set on ceramic rollers instead of plastic to keep the moisture in your hair and stop it going frizzy, but beware as they use ASBESTOS pads to protect your scalp! sounds like a con to me to be honest but the good thing is that they supposedly only last 3 months.
