18yr male in college. Just looking for some friends. And a nice girl to maybe date. I'm a rather fit guy I work-out 5 times a week. I'm nice to talk to but I'm rather sarcastic. I can make anyone laugh about mostly anything. I try starting a conversation with someone but it usaly just end on a weird note. Granit I'm vary shy at first but after a few minute I can be very talketive.

Weird note, maybe not weird note just doesn't carry on. Like I will see them somewhere else or before class waiting for the teacher and they just don't seem to want to talk. Granit I hate when people bug me in class after the teacher starts talking. After all I did pay alot of money to take the class. Oh and the sarcasim I only use once I get to know them and know how they react to things. I get along great at work with people mainly because of my sarcasim. Not everyone is meant to have friends.

When you say "weird note" what do you mean?

Have you tried actually asking some girls out on a date? The worst that can happen is they say no, and then you shrug and move on.

Instead of starting a conversation on a topic that you like you or that interest you just start off by saying hello and how are you. Then if you notice something different about her weather it be new shoes or new earing compliment her and leave it at that let them find you interesting and a sweet guy at that. As far as the sarcasim dont use it too much that can be very annoying after a while.

Your sarcastic ways kills anyone who is interested. Being talkative is not the problem because most girls love someone they can talk too. To people you may come off as being harsh. Wherein you feel you are just telling the truth. Another thing girls definitely love to laugh that trait is a high score. You are a fit guy. I would say tone down the sarcasm when you are talking to a girl that you are interested in then gradually let her in on how you really are. Give her a chance to get to know you. Maybe they are just judging the book by its cover.

I suggest you stop being so sarcastic. This usually gets people thinking that you are some sort of smart-***.

Find out about a party and go over there and make some friends. Buy people drinks and talk, but don't be such a smartass. Find guys with similar interests as you... (sports, games...)

Be cool.

Being sarcastic really turns people off. Others may laugh, but the person you are being sarcastic about is humiliated. People don't like being around others who humiliate them. If you want someone to talk to you, don't make people laugh at them. I suggest you try another type of humour. Good luck.

hey guy, properly you're able to be satisfied you have had girlfriends and that they think of you're good looking. Why do no longer you only talk to women as a replace of waiting for them to speak to you? have you ever replaced bodily? What approximately popularity? Little factors like that often play a function in extreme college, they did as quickly as I went besides. My advice... do no longer subject approximately it, i'm specific women talk to you and if no longer then you certainly could make communication. solid success, - Karl

If you are sarcastic around people, you might find making friends hard. I would be nervous too, as I would hate to say something silly that would have you making fun of me. Maybe other people feel the same?

Try not being sarcastic. Sometimes it's hard to take people seriously or even like them when they're sarcastic all the time. It can be annoying and you might scare off potential friends. Just be yourself. If you're sarcastic by nature screw them if they don't like you.

I think it is probably just the girls you've talked to so far. Everything that you've said about yourself sounds fine to me, but at the same time sarcasm doesn't bug me.

Sounds like you talk too much. Stop and listen, and wait until they talk to you. You'll learn so much more about someone if you let them do most of the talking.
