BBQ pulled pork sandwiches (I know you have to make kind of a lot for these but the meat freezes well for leftovers)

onion rings
cut veggies w/ranch dipping sauce
rice krispie treats (if you want to be creative, use different kinds of cereal like captain crunch or fruity pebbles)
