Did you get a W-2 for that year? What did it say? If it said zero and you don't have proof to the contrary, you have a problem.

Get a lawyer. If the IRS says you have to pay reguardless, something is wrong somewhere or the Bushites are at it again.

you should have received a statement from your job....that has all the pertinent info on it.....
