for example like a g code on your tv guide for recording a tv program.i dont see them any more or a video cassette or a tape player.can you give more of those things that most people dont use any more these days?

"church key" bottle/can opener. many beer companies gave these away. i recently saw a schlitz one in a customers car. --no they don't drink and drive. but are rather redundent nowadays.
