I bought it just after new year and it is unopened. I do not know what to do with it apart from grill it, but why I bought it I do not know.
Any suggestions?

grate it and put it ontop of spaghetti with dried mint.
make a halloumi and jam sandwich it doesnt have to be cooked my kids love it.
stick it on a pizza

grilled or in pizza mix it with kebab or eat it as it is but it sucks

grill it and put it on top of geek salad instead of feta cheese xxx
