Hi there...absolutely! When a cat burps it is simply gas leaving their bodies. Gorging food quickly may cause a cat to swallow air. Extra gas escapes from the stomach, travels up the esophagus and comes out the mouth. It doesn't usually leave slowly. Gas can quickly escape which is when you will hear them burp.
Cats can even get hiccups. There is a muscle that is located between a cats lungs and their abdomen called the diaphragm. Hiccups happen when a diaphragm gets irritated and then spasms. The spasms push an irregular breath up and across the vocal box which produces the hiccup sound.

You have to ask your self what is a burp?
When humans burp it is to release gass build up. So I would say, Yes cats do Burp

Yes.. and according to my source u r supposed to burp the kitten after each milk feeding.I got this from a pet store staff

When drunk, my cat can burp the tune of 'yankee doodle dandy'. We usually call it a night when he gets to that point.
