Girls, in an attempt to be diplomatic or avoid a confrontation, do stupid s h i t like this.
What's wrong with saying "I just don't feel comfortable giving you my number" 319 times until he finally gets the message? Nothing's wrong with saying that. You don't need to defend your decision or explain yourself. If he asks why just say it again. Then if he asks for the 320th time, say "I'll give you a number but it will just be made up."
My god - stand up and grow a backbone. Guys that pester you are pieces of sh*t anyway so why worry about them?
But just be clear up front with guys. They'll know exactly where they stand and you won't feel guilty for doing something childish.

if u dont like him then give him a false number or just to be nice give him any number because when a guy doesnt get a number we'll feel some type of way

it is pretty rude, bt if u wnna make up, callem up or the next time u meet him, be lik "hey i think i gave u the wrong number, can i give it to u again?" or ask for HIS number. IF u dnt wanna make up, thn lol just leave it

well i think by giving him a number at all is nice becuz your not hurting his feeling by saying your not interested.
if you never see him again dont worry about it, if you do see him tell him you changed numbers and accidentally gave him your old number.
