Start substituting your food for low or no fat substitutes, then start going for short walks on a regular basis. Before you know it, your walks will get longer and longer and you'll get into the swing of it.

Walking is always more fun if you can take music or a book tape with you as well.

If you're looking for an easy way out you might as well give up right now and build up a stockpile of fast food. I guess technically the "easiest" way would be anorexia but unless you want to look like a zombie with pale skin and your rib cage sticking out for the world to see i would reccomend not being in such a hurry and just eating right and excercizing.

Liposuction?
To lose weight you have to eat less calories than you use. It depends on the amount you wish to lose, your lifestyle and what you consider "easiest".
If you have a fair bit to lose, I always say WeightWatchers. They're sensible.
If you have the willpower, don't eat between meals, avoid sugars and fats and make sure you exercise.
If you're talking about crash dieting - well, there are many of those from the grapefruit diet, etc etc. Your choice.

the easiest way is to pick an exercise that you like to do no matter what it is, even sex burns calories, then diet, smaller portions, BUT you have to have ONE cheat day where you eat whatever you want, it is a motivator you work hard all week long and you just know that on saturday you can 2 snickers if thats what you want

Don't eat meat or junk food. Eat fruits, vegetable, fish, eggs, nonfat milk, everything in moderation. But no meat or junk food. Meat is hard to digest and has too much fat.

Also don't eat white bread or white past. Everything whole wheat. Fiber is very important for a healthy diet.

exercise and walk 3-4 times a weeks. Do breathing exercises. breath in 1 count, hold 4 count, exhale 2 count. For example if you breath in for 5 seconds, you hold for 20 seconds, and exhale for 10 seconds.

stop eating so much. travel to a country where there is a famine, give yourself a stomach virus. sell your car adn walk everywhere you go. Get rid of your tv adn computer adn stay out all day, buy all your clothes 4 sizes too small, get rid of all the food in your house that isn't good for you, go on a diet + excercise program with a group of friends

easiest is to control your portion sizes. That way, you get to still eat the food you like. Use your hand for measuring. Fist for rice, legumes, etc. and palm for chicken and steak...
Then you got to exercise along side. Even if its just walking for 20 min.

by the way... fish is good to eat, coz even when its fried, its like insulated to fat.. Doesnt soak up. So low in calories.

It depends on your personal preferences. Some say diet, but I love food. So, I started lifting weights. It's easier to motivate myself to work out 3 days a week, than it is for me to limit eating foods that I love. It's working so far. I've lost a pound a week, while gaining muscle mass.

Walking, it exercises your entire body, and its easy to fit into your life, walk up the stairs at work instead of taking the lift, walk to a bus stop further away then usual, the more you walk the fitter you'll get.
