Focus on some calendar or scenery in your office or home, then speak loudly about the things you are seeing in it.
e.g.
In the picture, there are two women.
They are standing near the well. It seems that they have come to take water from the well. There is one tree behind them and they are standing under itf shade. It seems that they are talking each other about their domestic problems. etc. etc. etc.
In this way U can do practice of English speaking.

Dear friends, the best way to learn a language is to speak in that language, and see all the English channels which are shown in the t.v.Most of the people are not even ready to say that they do not know how to speak in English as they feel ashamed by making everyone know that they do not know how to speak in English, because in most of the offices and institutions the people speak in English.
English is also used mostly everywhere and by hearing others talk also we can learn the language easily. The other way to learn or speak English is to go to coaching classes where teachers teach English so that you will be more fluent in that language, and once you are fluent in English you can speak that language properly without any mistakes.
So,if you try to speak in English the more you will learn that language and the more you will be fluent in that language.
