There are several flaming drinks. The fire actually burns off some of the alcohol, though. Most full liquor establishments can introduce you to a flaming shot, and many have their house drinks. Here are a few:
Flaming Blue J.
Fill glass with ice.
one oz. Southern Comfort
.5 oz Blue Curacao
.5 oz Pepermint Schnapps.
Strain into a chilled glass.
Float .5 oz 151-proof rum on top (bacardi-151 is common).
**to float, place a spoon so the rounded part is on top and pour it over the remaining drink. this allows the higher proof alcohol to sit on top of the others and is the part that actually burns.
now just spark your lighter or match and ignite your drink.
Flaming Hooker
This is a floating shot, and looks awesome in layers.
one oz coffee liqueur on the bottom.
float one oz ouzo on the top.
ignite

sambuca is popular to light on fire but I would not recommend it
some people have seriously hurt themselves
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sambuca Sambuca is an anise-flavoured, usually colourless liqueur. Its most common variety is often referred to as white sambuca in order to differentiate it from derivative spirits that are deep blue in colour (known as black sambuca) or bright red (red sambuca).[1][2]
Luxardo, a producer of sambuca, makes a popular variation flavored with anise and "other natural aromas".[3]
[edit] Preparations and cocktails
Sambuca is often used rather than sugar to sweeten espresso coffee. A traditional Italian preparation is sambuca con mosca (literally, "with flies"); sambuca served with three coffee beans representing "health, wealth, and happiness", dropped into the drink.[2]
A flaming sambuca is typically made by lighting the drink in a shot glass and allowing it to burn. The flame is then extinguished and the Sambuca is quickly drunk whilst still warm. One popular method of extinguishment is placing the palm of the hand over the top of the shot glass, where suction is created causing the shot glass to "stick" to the hand. This is also potentially dangerous; if the flame is allowed to burn for too long, it will heat up the shot glass also - resulting in burn injuries to the hand.
Another method for igniting the drink is a potentially dangerous party trick known as the gas chamber. One person takes a shot of Sambuca into the mouth and someone else lights it. The flame is extinguished by closing the mouth.

There's a lot of drink you can do this with. THey're called flaming shots. Any drink with high alcohol content will do it.
BTW, it lessens the alcohol content of the drink, it's just for show.

its called a flaming Dr. Pepper. Fill a pint glass half with beer (like you were making a yager bomb) You can use bud light or miller light or something like that. Then you fill a shot glass with amerato leaving about 1 or 2 cm. Then fill the rest of it with barardi 151. You then light the shot and drop it in the pint the glass and drink it fast. it tastes just like dr. pepper :-)
