I am supposed to sit the GCE O level exam in May/june.
Since I don't belong to a C.I.E. or Edexcel affiliated school I am taking the exam privately. For revision I require guide books, but unfortuantely there are none available in my city! Only GCSE Higher level books are available.
I just need to know if they will be of any proper help. I have already bought the Science, English and Maths books (GCSE Higher level).

Sometimes those books are beneficial, but mostly if you have studied throughout school then you will be fine. Use the books that you have and review what you can. Perhaps you can contact an affiliated school and see if they have an extra one that they can loan to you.
Don't worry; it will be fine. A lot of people never review at all and do fine. The fact that you want to really review and study means that you will probably do fine.
