The metabolite for pseudoephidrine (Sudafed and others) will show positive for amphetamines in some drug tests. Usually they will retest with different machines to measure the amount of the metabolite, and know if the test is valid for illicit drug use. If you're actually using meth, the test will show it. This is the reason they ask what medications you're taking regularly before they do the drug screen. Reglan, a drug to treat ulcers and reflux disease, will often make a drug screen show positive for cocaine because the metabolite, by some phenomenon, closely resembles the coke metabolite and confuses the machines.

well let me say i think you need to drop into the drug store and check with them, cause i really don't know why you want this info and i do not feel comfortable even telling you anything about something like this, you need to call a drug store, or talk with a doctor, or an er, or hospital can tell you, that is not up to me.

maybe sudafed (because thats what meth is made from most of the time) but you would probably have to take quite a bit.
