I have two boxer girls (I know-I am tempting fate) so I have twice the snoring, drooling, farting, and snorting. It's fun! You eventually get used to it.When you do, and you have to spend a night away from your baby, you find it hard to sleep because there's no snoring or farting. Except your own, that is.

depending on what breed you have and all dogs snore. but there are some breeds that have the push in noses, now they can snore. and l was told that l snore so loud it woke the dogs up. so there is not any thing you can do about that except put it out side, which would be wrong if it always been in the house. it would not be condition for the harsh weather, or put it in another room with your bed room door close. but if you still hear it then you may need some ear plugs. but all dogs and people snore now and then.

I don't know how old your dog is but older dogs tend to snore. So do dogs that are over tired and over weight. Unless you think that your dog has a nasal obstruction for some reason (nasal polyp etc) I wouldn't be unduly concerned. But if you want peace of mind, you can always check with your local vet.
I wish you and your dog well, J

I keep a shoe by my bed. If I hear my dog snoring, I pick up the shoe and drop it. She wakes up, looks for the noise, then
snores in another room.

Advice - Get used to it.
Why - depends mostly on the breed, our Boxers snore pretty loud because of the structure of their nose. Short blunt nose = more and louder snoring. My friends St. Bernard Rocks his House! There could be an allergy / conjestion issued too.

My two lab snore every night and so does my husband.
Just nudge the dog until he wakes up....he'll go back to sleep and most likely won't snore again (just make sure he picks his head up when you wake him...then you know he's really awake).

Almost all dogs snore. If it is bad, she may have to sleep in another room.

normal. dont worry about it. people snore too. My dog barks and wags his tail in his sleep. he was growling the other night too.
There is nothing to stop a dog from snoring, if there was i dont see a point. If the dog is loud have it sleep in the other room
