if the warrant relates to goods or services you took out in your maiden name then the answer is yes as the liability does not go away just because you got married.

If you tell the bailiff you are married they might go away and get a new warrant in your new name, or even in joint names against you.

Unless they have a policeman with them just refuse to open the door to them and make sure all your windows are shut.

my sister is a court bailiff,i phoned her on your behalf,we are in UK ,and she says the answer is yes ,the debt does not disappear if your name changes, she executes warrants all the time on such people.
