A man went to the doctor complaining of a pain in his hand. "Doc", the man said. "When I move my hand to the side, it hurts really bad. The doctor replied, " don't move your hand to the side like that any more". The moral of the story is not do drink wine or lager if it gives you a bad stomach ache. Drink something else. Pain is one way our body tells us that you are doing something it doesn't like. Listen to your body and you'll be fine.

I too would like to know why this happens, my daughter gets an evil tummy pain, pain that hurts through to her back if she drinks any alcohol whilst eating. She is fine to have a tipple at any other time!?!
