It depends upon the Mobile's Software. U will have to look for the Properties of the Voice Record List and find the Extension name in which format the voice is recorded.
Now then only u can search for the Player which support that Audio format. Normally the Player which supports that particular format is supplied by the Mobile company, and can be easily found on the Mobile Handset Company's web-site.

Use Quick Time or Real Player Codec for this.Normally All Mobile Companies gives software for it Eg. Nokia Gives Nokia media player for it, So use your Mobile Player or download a codec for .amr files .

For every pc conneting phone their will be a pc suite software cd given by phone company. Install that to pc and connect your phone to pc.Through that you can save it to your pc.
