What are the documents to be submitted along with the old Passport to get a new Indian Passport ?

I am Indian by Birth and living in India. My passport expired in Nov 2006. I want to apply for a new one.10 years ago I have submitted Birth certificate, Ration card, Degree certificate etc and got the passport. Is it necessary to produce the same documents again or any new documents to be submitted?

Why not ask your nearest passport office? They should be able to give you a definite answer.
