Why the does the politicians make rules if they are not going to follow them?
Why does the officers who are really supposed to be role models in following rules, are breaking them?
If an officer/minister really follow the rules then where does this corruption comes from?

You people always think things turned and crooked.
Mr A thinks Act 1 as corrupted act, while Mr. G needs that act to be done.
Mr. A and Mr. G both are very knowledgefull and well established persons.
Sometimes number of Mr. G s outweighs Mr A s in the sarrounding , and corruption overrules Standard rules
Can we stop All Mr G s motives for t=0 to t=infinity
If we can Corruption will Vanish Automatically

From the people who really run america. The corporations.
Think about it, you want something sold you pay a feeww dollars to the right office and the laws get changed to make some thing legal or illegal. Corruption.
You're in office and someone you know gets in trouble for something they did, you change the law to soften the punishment. Corruption.
Your child or spouse runs into trouble and you know what tehy did is wrong, let's say murder, your a judge. You know they're guilty but in your own eyes you can't let tehm face that so you pull a few strings to get them off. Corruption.
Happens everyday. Sad thing is because they control the laws and we are follish enough not to take action but to just watch the news they get away with all kinds of atrocities that they would hang another pereson for.

People participate/support corruption because they have inferiority complex.
If they are confident that they can with stand any adverse conditions, and are ready to undergo hardships to succeed
they will never encourage corruption.
They do not bother to earn money by any means. They never think that by participating/supporting corruption they spoil their own children and their own community, and their own society and their own country..
The most corrupted community in this world is the community
of law makers!!! They want to earn as much as possible within a given period of time. They encourage the goverment officers to go with them shoulder to shoulder in this excercise.
The most important thing is that lack of Social Awareness,
access to information in the goverment and public sector
made one set of people to participate/support corruption.
I hope right to informations Act, Public Awareness created by Consumers Associations will help eliminate this evel from our nation one day that is not far away.

This is because they do not find any alternate, like taking an example of New Technology, when we see new technology we try to know that and implment that , this is also same that is what gonig around so we tend to follow it as ther is no other way. If even some one takes responsibility ad give compaint about it , it will a news for some period and they it vanishes this should not be case,t here sould be some action taken so that every one who is giving and who is takig should be afraid of doing that.

People participate/support corruption because whenever a single person fight for this he do not get a proper support from others so he get habituated to follow his work under corruption.

Why should I suffer when everybody else is enjoying?
Money if it comes with least efforts, why should I reject it?
Actually the evil is in Hindu mythology..we as a child offer preyars to god to get our parents things that we love. Later when in school prey to god offering him "prasada" for letting us pass. this mentality is encouraged by our parents also.
That why if I'm bribing my GOD to get things done...how can I not act GOD when people Offer me monry and other favours for their wants to get fulfilled.
