How do you say, "Wow, nothing slows you down, huh? Unbelievable."
Context: Our lives are a total train wreck, I am wondering how to survive psychologically thru the day, but he is still thinking about sex as if nothing were awry. Most men would not have the nerve to flirt with me in the situation we're in, so I want to say that.

You could try something like "Niente ti ritarda eh? Incredibile," or "Niente ti fa rallentare. Incredibile."
Alternatively, give him a kiss :-)
