this does not decrease his dignity nor character!! you acted like a man, then you're a man!! you acted like you, then it's you. it is just you're physical appearance that change but it is NOT YOU!!

the penis? physically no, are personalities and characteristics are determined by the release of testosterone and other hormones, not directly influenced by the penis as an organ. psychologically i'm sure he would have several serious issues requiring counseling, and would probably never actually consider himself a man.

No, nothing will happen. He will still feel the same. Unless he actually start feeling and believing he's less than a man with his genitals. That could change his personality.
