he would and please do not think that he did not care and recently he said no matter what you do, please don't lose faith in us. I've been out of touch with relationships for awhile now. So can someone tell me what they think he means by this?

This means that he thought at first he didn't enjoy being round you and with time and with sweetness he discovered that he enjoyed it more and more and that is a good thing so don't worry and continue with him ,,,i wish you a good luck ;)
