Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic.

Try taking a multivitamin that has chromium picolinate and take a B-100 suppliment. The chromium is excellent for metabolism, and helps with sugar usage. The B-100 has all the types of B vitamins in it, which are great for making your body use what you've eaten for energy instead of storage (weight). B vitamins are water soluble, so whatever you don't need, your body will eliminate through urine or sweat. You also must begin AND continue an exercise program which you & your doctor agree on that will include lots of cardio.

go for brisk walking for around 1 hour in the morning....
and go for swimming in the evenings....and if u dont know to swim...better go for cycling not less than 45 minutes.
never quit the break fast....dont eat junk foods....its better to take food for 4 or 5 times in small quantities rather than eating stomach fulls for 2 times!
better drink 2 glass fulls of luke warm water (add 2 table spoons of lemon juice if u dont have ulcers) every morning b'4 going for a walk....and if u follow these things strictly for a month...i'm sure u'll see a good diference in ur weight and in ur figure!!
i wish u the best!!!!!!!1

Like always diet and exercise both are key. Low carb is a relatively easy and popular diet these days. Try this link for more info and you can do it!

Cripes, just take them off. You are supposed to lift them for exercise, not wear them.
