None of us hate mexico, most of us don't hate mexicans either. What we hate are the criminals who cross the border illegally. It's too bad that some of them are Mexicans. Why must they break the laws of another country. Stay in your own country if you want to be a criminal.

Most Americans don't hate Mexicans -- you only hear about the ones who do because they make more noise.
Some people get upset about "illegal aliens" because they feel that those people may be taking jobs from Americans and using services that Americans must pay for through their taxes.
I have met many Mexicans here in the US. They want what everyone wants -- a way to earn a living for themselves and their family. Most of the ones I have met are very nice people.

I would doubt that you will find many Americans that hate Mexicans or Mexico. We are all just tired of the constant flow of people that come to our country illegally. We wonder why Mexico as a country is doing so little to stop this. We also wonder why that great nation of Mexico cannot give its own people work. All are welcome to America as long as they follow and respect our laws to get here. We hate the way the Mexican and American Government allows this illegal immigration to continue unchecked. It has nothing to do with the Mexican people who are just trying to find work.

Most people I know don't hate Mexico, or Mexicans at all. I have quite a few Mexican friends, too.
It's just that everyone has their own personality. They just hate what they don't understand, or they think they're better than you... They're not, we're all on the same level.
And people also have a tendency to pick out the negative (think of the saying "bad news sells"). It's true, people may have said bad things about you, your background, your country, but not everyone feels that way. Odds are, you're only focusing on the bad and forgetting the good. I'm not denying there are idiots out there, but you can't focus on the idiots all the time.
And finally, people here are free to say what they want for the most part. Yeah, people say some racist BS from time to time, but they're allowed to. And sometimes it makes me mad, but hell, it's their right. I can't side with those people, I don't approve of what they say, but I must say I'm glad there are people who exercise that right to free speech when they want to, how they want to. It's not a rampant problem at all, most people are very outgoing and kind, but some people aren't... But they have the right to be that way, to be asses.

I don't hate anyone from any country. I may have a problem with a particular governments policies but that's not the same as hating a country or a people.
Good luck with your English. I'm struggling to learn Spanish.

Its all about attitude and action.
If Mexico was a country that was prosperous, and people from the USA were coming there by the millions, and many of them refused to learn spanish, and were commiting crimes alot you wouldnt like it.
Now suppose Mexican business owners were hiring them because they would work for less than you and so you lost your job.
Or suppose one of them killed one of your family members and then they ran back to the USA and the USA wouldnt turn them over to Mexico.
Suppose they marched all over in Mexico City with Upside down Mexican flags and said Mexico didnt belong to the mexicans and that it was theirs.
... you definitely would be angry about it... anyone would.
These are just some of the problems that are being created in the USA by illegal immigrants. And yes illegal immigrants come from everywhere but most of them are from Mexico and most of the ones from other places arent causing as much of a problem.
Now I do not hate you. I dont hate Mexico either. And I have known quite a few people who were originally from Mexico I liked and a few I considered friends.
Understand. There arents many citizens of the USA who hate Mexico or mexicans, but many of your illegals are giving mexicans a bad reputation.

Racism is a mental illness. : ) I wrote that here because I say it often when my blood is boiling over anti-Hispanic sentiments. There are not that many haters here in the U.S. as people think. It's just that, like a boil on one's butt, racists tend to capture more than their share of attention. This so-called "issue" of illegal aliens remains a racist issue as long as the U.S. businesses and employers who criminally invite and hire undocumented foreign nationals are not arrested, prosecuted and fined for their role in destabilizing U.S. communities. It remains an issue of stupidity as long as people blame Mexicans for the problem when N.A.F.T.A, an economic trade agreement between the U.S., Canada and Mexico continues to cause hardship to the working classes in all three nations, especially in Mexico where N.A.F.T.A has already caused a 20% increase in unemployment. It remains an issue of stupidity as long as racists and fearful people blame Mexicans for taking away American jobs all the while U.S. businesses and owners are actually responsible for taking jobs away from Americans in hiring undocumented foreign nationals simply because they don't want to pay Americans a decent wage. While racists and fearful, ignorant people were blaming Mexicans for the problem recently, for example, President Bush was in Viet Nam arranging to give away thousands and thousands of American jobs so that his good buds back here who own businesses won't have to pay Americans a fair wage. It remains an issue of ignorance as long as people actually believe building a fence, of all nonsense, is the way to solve these problems, all the while Bush a few weeks ago signed a new dramatic political addition to N.A.F.T.A. that will ELIMINATE all borders between Mexico and the U.S. and Canada. It remains an issue of irresponsible ignorance to not be informed of what is actually going on, because the problems are going to devastate the working class and their communities, and, blaming Mexicans is, well, stupid. The working class in all three nations of N.A.F.T.A. have been duped and used and distracted from the true culprits and issues. Only the dregs of humanity take their stupidity and fear out on the poor guy lower on the ladder than they are. And, as you know, there are dregs in every tribe of man. But, no, sir. Trust me. The vast majority of your neighbors up here are neither stupid nor racist.

I do not hate Mexico, or it;s people. I do,however, have a problem with someone who is here illegally. That person has broken a law, and disrespected my country. I welcome anybody who comes here legally, that is what makes the USA special. But everyone MUST follow the law!
