Sure, if you want him or her to sue your company and if you want to either get fired or lose your own business.
Those sexual harassment laws are NO JOKE.
Even if he or she doesn't sue, if they only complain to your company, they'll probably fire you. If you own the company, he or she will sue you and clean you out.
