Some has replied universal church, but still, it has its own rules and regulations. If say, you are a muslim, you will feel uneasy to pray in that place as others are praying differently.
It is important that each religion has it's own place to pray and meditate as it will fit that person's faith. A buddhist won't be able to meditate peacefully where others will be singing the praise of their lord. It is too noisy for him.
But this does not mean that we must look down on others, on those who are strangers to our faith, who goes to different buildings where God is venerated. From my readings, I have always find peace and love in all holy books and it is the basic teaching of all major religions in the world.
It is man who distorts the religions, using religious words and laws to prove that all the violence they are doing and most people won't take time to search whether those proofs are right or wrong. Whether those people are misusing religion to do terror or not. They take everything for granted and start believing that Religion is the root of violence.
On the contrary, without religion, the world would have been a jungle of animals, where human would have been just another animal among others with no morals, no laws, no intelligent life.
Respect, love and tolerance should be taught by all parents, teachers and religious leaders, and gradually clean the world from racism, hatred and prejudices.
Peace.

I agree. But most religion is separation from other religions. The Jews were to have nothing to do with other religions as are the Muslims and most Christian faiths think that theirs is the one true faith. Why don't you start a foundation that is responsible for building the first inter-faith church where all are welcome. I'd toss a few bucks in.

The Catholic church I belonged to in the previous we moved became a miniature U.N.: whites, blacks, Hispanics, Koreans, and extremely almost the different ethnic or racial style you may think of of. It became a completely surprising congregation with a coronary heart for the undesirable and suffering -- regionally, nationally, and the international over. My contemporary Catholic church heavily isn't as diverse simply by fact the previous one, yet there continues to be a solid illustration of ethnicities and races. that's between the reasons I chosen it over the different church homes in my contemporary fatherland.

Kind of like the chapel in a hospital? Those aren't specific to any one religion... unless it's a religious hospital.

Actually, their is this type of church that is kind of a universal church. It allows people of all faiths and dosnt discuss god or prophets. It merely talks abouthow to be a better person and what is ethicaly right to do.
And no, its not a christain reel in attempt.

i think we can all learn a lesson from south park, and take all the religious leaders and lock them in a recreation center over night, until they can work out they're differences.
