Dear. You are too young to even talk about a relationship at this age. You needed to have confidence in yourself. Guys do like girls who are smart and confidence. If he didn't want a relationship, then you needed to tell him:" Don't let the door hit you on the way out!."There are a lot opportunities out there for you, just have to think harder and wiser for the road you gonna take for your life. No ones can make you happy, but yourself. Be smart and staying school. Relationship eventually will come.

he means he wants to sleep with you, but not have you as a girlfriend. This guy is BAD news!! Just stop talking to him altogether. Tell him that you are uncomfortable with the "friends with benifits" situation. And that you deserve to be treated better than that. Then end it.
U never know, if you lay down the law, he might decide (with time) that he does want you as his gf. But if you go for his games, then he will NEVER respect you, and you will never be his gf.

He wants to just have sex with you and not be in a relationship. Hence his physical affection while he told you this. If he wanted more he'd say so. He just wants to hook up with you. That's what "wants" you means.
