how do i get an audio file onto windows movie maker?

i just downloaded windows movie maker and im having trouble adding music to my movie, plzz help.

i did what u guys r sayin but it rejects my music and sais it cant import it cus its protected or sommthin.

Go to file...then click import to collections.

Navigate to find your music file and it will show up in your collections. Now just drag it to your movie and edit and walla!!

chick on what type vide file is ahd inport file and it will be send to movie maker - frist open movie maker go to progams then ckick on to novie maker
