Call the airlines and ask them how much to ship, then call FedEx or This site can give you an idea:

Having sent a mountain bike to my son in Australia, After trying many carriers I finally chose the Post Office as I found this to be the cheapist and more reliable, although I had to do the wrapping up of the bike I went along to a cycle shop and asked if they could let me have one of the long cycle boxes which they get when the bikes are delivered and then used it to store the bike in for its journey to oz.

Check your local yellow pages under shipping.
Courier companies also ship overseas but are costly.

Bax Global are very good and take care of their packages.

Failing that I could do it for £120.00 (have a contract with shipping company)
