Well I'm not health expert or anything of the sort but first off all you should have a normal sleep pattern, at least 8 hours of sleep every day at the same time each day, say 11pm to 7 am or 10 pm to 6 am, you see where I'm going.
Also I'm not sure if this is true or not, but I hear that doing leg exercises mainly squats will stimulate growth in your bones due to the heavy pressure that is applied to your body vertically, not the other way around., it definitely does NOT stunt your growth.
I have also heard of people growing by hanging from pull up bars to stretch your body out, I doubt that's healthy.
Finally go see a chiropractor, as your spine, hips and shoulders are most likely not straight and needs correction, they'll show you the way you should stand, walk, sit, etc so that you have perfect posture, just by doing that alone you could probably gain about 1 inch in height by making everything in your body straight and postured correctly.

Being 18, you've still got a few years - 5, on average - to finish growing, though your growth has likely slowed significantly. Genetics have the ultimate deciding factor, but you still have hope. Eating healthy and exercising regularly help - also, avoiding smoking, alcohol, or caffeine can make sure nothing on that end is stunting your growth. Best of luck!

There are 2 things to consider, #1, family genetics. Are there tall people in either side of your family. If so, then you may have inherited those genes. If not, you're stuck, possibly where you are. The other point, #2, is give yourself another 2 or 3 years. Unless your family, on both sides, are all "short" then you may very well grow a bit more.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic.

Honey, you are 18. I don't think you are going to grow no matter what you do. At 18 the body is mostly done growing in height. I do believe you should stop smoking though, even if it is only once a day....

Well you are doing everything right for your health except smoking. I heard that it stunts your growth. I don't know if it's true or not but with cancer risk and yellow teeth, stinky hair and clothes would be enough to make me want to quit. So, I quit. But I'm still short. Guess I stopped too late.

You really can't do anything about it. It's all about you and your parents genes. If your parents are short you might be short, or if your parents are tall you might be tall. You're just about finished with growing, but there could be a slight chance you might grow a little taller. But again you really can't do anything about it.
