These are all stories.We are not sure wether she was a virgin and who imoregnated her except what is written in the NT.The writers had to depict her as virgin to show that there was no human intervention.If she became pregnant by the power of the holy spirit it is against reason.
God could create his son even without the medium of a woman.

If Mary was raped, then Mary isn't a virgin. Jesus entered her womb through the Holy Spirit. God did not had sex with her.
