Labelfree,
There comes a point in a persons life when you hit a wall with therapy, you have been going for years and you still can not resolve some issues, that is ok. You may never resolve them, that is ok too. You can try living your life and accepting certain things that you can not resolve, love yourself, take care of yourself, you may have to just accept certain things that have shaped you or even damaged you. Come to peace with yourself, your answer lyes with God and love. Love yourself and others from this day forward, accepting certain issues from your past. I am not telling you to quit trying to find answers to your issues, they may or may not come. I am just telling you to not fret about your present or future due to your past. The past is just that, it is the past. Just love Yourself, God and your family, stay focused on the positive things that you have accomplished, keep your life simple and full of love, and I think you will find your answers that you may never find in therapy.

Your question doesn't completely print on the website, so I'm not completely clear about what you are asking.
I do want to respond to what I can see of your question. Not all therapists or therapies are alike or as effective for any given individual. And just like every other profession, there are excellent practitioners, horrible practitioners, and everything in between.
I would also like to say that a label is something used to put someone down; a diagnosis is for the purposes of understanding and treating a problem.
Obviously you are suffering. Make sure you see a psychiatrist, because the problems you are listing are often caused by neurochemical imbalances, and a pyschiatrist is trained to diagnose and prescribe medication, as appropriate. If you are already under the care of a psychiatrist, and you have reported your problems and feel that you are not getting the help you need, get a second opinion from another psychiatrist.
It's not a matter of too much therapy; it is a matter of whether or not the therapy is effective and well-matched to your individual needs.

No, you can't really have to much therapy, because it is meant to help you, some people get therapy every day. You can't have to much of it (unless it's all day every day or something, but that's irrational). If you want to reverse a daignois you need to go to a different professional to have it reversed, like a different psychiatrist or something like that.
