I was thinking of going to Cuba, but I was told to check when the hurricane season is...and you know it El Nino year, so they are bound to be worse than ever.
I know I sound like I am putting a dampener on the choices, but does India not have its monsoon in the summer months.. beginning to think I should've checked all this out before writing this..
What about Malaysia, there are some beautiful resorts there.
Think this was of no help, what puts me of the US(FP)A, is all the shite they put you through to get into the country..

It's still monsoon season in India in August, end of November to March is your best time to go. Cheap as chips too !
