i had to move back in with my parents cause i couldnt make it on my own and i did this right after i graduate and i broke a promise to a girl and she doesnt trust me n e more and i care about her more than n e thing and i dont want to lose her and everything i say isnt workin i need help

And she would trust you more if you were on your own?She shouldn't have a problem as long as you use the move to get your shi.t together.I just hope for your sake your parents don't give you a curfew,that would suck.

The promise had to do the what living w/ her? People lose trust for silly reasons. First, don't make promises you may not be able to keep and second, get over her because she sounds childish.
